The HORIZON 30 Pro and HORIZON 30 Ultra Max are scheduled to become available for in-stock purchase on November 11. That puts their planned in-stock purchase date one day after the extended promotional period ends, with the pricing and gift extension applying to orders during the preorder window.
XGIMI says demand exceeded its expectations and the first HORIZON 30 Pro batch has sold out. It is still accepting new orders for that model, but shipping timing depends on availability because of what the company describes as a temporary inventory shortage.
Where to check your Pro shipping date
For HORIZON 30 Pro customers who ordered within the original preorder window, XGIMI says it will give those orders priority when fulfilling purchases. Those customers will receive their specific shipping dates through updates to their orders, making those updates the place to check timing for an existing purchase.
For new HORIZON 30 Pro orders made from November 1 onward, XGIMI says estimated shipping dates will appear on its official product page. The company also says it is coordinating production and logistics to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, while keeping new orders open despite the shortage.
