If your workouts live on Bluetooth audio, the Ltinist Wireless Headphones Sports are built to stay on your head through sweat and motion. The soft silicone ear hooks grip without pinching, and an IPX7 waterproof rating covers the sweat and rain that come with outdoor runs or heavy gym sets.
Battery life is the real draw here. You get about 15 hours from the buds alone, and the charging case stretches that to 75 hours total. A full recharge takes roughly 1.5 hours over USB-C, and the dual LED display on the case shows both the case battery and each bud's charging progress.
We'd consider these for runners and gym regulars who want inexpensive buds with a huge playtime buffer and a secure hook fit. We'd skip them if you need active noise cancellation or a detailed sound review, since this listing doesn't offer either.
Bluetooth 5.4 and the codecs your phone sends
The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 with HFP, A2DP, HSP and AVRCP support, so they handle standard streaming and call audio from iOS and Android phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. The signal path stays simple: your phone sends an AAC or SBC stream, and the 14.2mm composite diaphragm drivers handle playback.
Four microphones with ENC noise reduction are on board for calls. This is a standard call-quality setup for sport earbuds, so don't expect it to erase a loud gym or windy street.
Touch panels on each earbud cover play, pause, volume, call answer and end, plus Siri and Google Assistant. Before you buy, check that your phone supports the assistant you use and that you're comfortable with touch controls rather than physical buttons during a run.
Where these fit and when they don't
A pair like this makes sense if you want one set for commutes, workouts and travel without worrying about charging every day. The case tops you up on the move, and the ear hooks mean fewer adjustments mid-stride.
They won't suit anyone who wants active noise cancellation on a plane, or a wired backup for editing. If you need those, look elsewhere.
At $39.99, the Ltinist Wireless Headphones Sports land below the typical price of $48.24 seen over the last 90 days, with a 4.3-star rating from 21,756 reviews. Check that the case fits your bag and that the hook size works with your ears before committing.
Measured at 4.3 stars from 21,756 ratings.
