The Bose QuietComfort Headphones are built around active noise cancellation, so they suit a commute, a shared office or a flight where you want the outside world pushed down. Two listening modes cover both ends of that routine. Quiet mode applies full noise cancelling, while Aware mode opens up your surroundings when you need to hear a platform announcement or a colleague.
We'd consider the drop to $151.13 a real change in value. That is 47 percent below the typical $284.95 price seen over the last 90 days, and it matches the lowest price we have tracked, going back across all-time records. For a pair of over-ear Bose headphones with this feature set, that is a straightforward reason to look closer.
How your sources connect
Wireless playback runs over Bluetooth, and multipoint lets you stay linked to two devices at once, so a laptop call does not force you to unpair your phone first. If Bluetooth is not an option, the included audio cable has an in-line microphone and lets you keep listening even when the battery is empty. Charging goes through USB-C, and fifteen minutes of charge is rated for up to 2.5 hours of play.
Sound tuning is handled in the Bose app, where adjustable EQ covers bass, mid-range and treble. The same app delivers software updates, so it is worth installing before you rely on every feature. Check which codecs your phone or computer supports if that matters to your setup.
A room fit for long sessions and shared spaces
Plush over-ear cushions and a padded band are aimed at extended listening, which is what makes these sensible for a desk, a study or a long trip rather than a quick workout. Battery life is rated at up to 24 hours per charge, so a full week of commutes is realistic for many people. The 4.5-star rating across 22,011 reviews suggests the fit and cancellation hold up for a broad group of buyers.
Consider the Bose QuietComfort Headphones if you want active noise cancelling, Aware mode and multipoint Bluetooth in one pair.
Skip them if you need earbuds for the gym, since these are full over-ear headphones in Sandstone.
Before buying, confirm the color you want and check your device's Bluetooth and codec support.
