The Victrola Montauk is a belt-driven turntable that handles 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM records. It arrives with a matched pair of 12W stereo Bluetooth speakers, so the box covers the turntable and a basic two-speaker setup.

We recommend it for someone starting a vinyl routine in a living room, den, or office. The tempo is calm: no receiver, no speaker shopping. Price sits at $139.99, which is $18.24 below the typical $158.23 paid over the last 90 days. If you already have a receiver and speakers you like, the included pair may be redundant.

How the turntable, speakers, and Bluetooth connect

The speakers link to the turntable over Bluetooth, so you can place them apart for stereo separation rather than tethering them beside the platter. Both also accept streaming from a phone, tablet, or computer, which means one pair can serve records and digital sources.

If you prefer wired gear or private listening, there is an RCA output for external speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Check which input your existing amp or powered speakers expect before you commit; the product details confirm RCA out but not a moving-magnet phono signal, so verify whether your amp has a phono stage. The jack is labeled aux-in on the listing, so confirm the headphone function with the seller if private listening matters to you.

Where this turntable fits and when to skip it

The farmhouse walnut finish and removable acrylic dust cover suit a shelf or sideboard in a visible room. Two 12W speakers give modest stereo output for a den, bedroom, or small living room, and belt drive usually pairs with a gentler, more relaxed presentation than direct drive.

We'd skip it if you need a built-in phono preamp, a replaceable cartridge upgrade path, or speakers larger than a bookshelf. Skipping is also wise if you need to know the stylus type or replacement cost up front, since those details aren't listed. Ask about the cartridge and stylus before buying if you want to replace them later. The 4-star rating from 247 reviews is worth weighing alongside your own room size and source needs.

Do you plan to place it near a Wi-Fi router or powered speaker stack? Bluetooth range and interference vary by room, so test the streaming distance in your space if wireless is the main draw.
